From APICES, we are privileged to share the acknowledgment that we have received in the recent publication titled: “Efficacy and Tolerability of the Probiotic VSL#3 for the Treatment of Patients with Fibromyalgia and Associated Gastrointestinal Symptomatology; A Randomized Double-blind Clinical trial” published in Pharmaceuticals related with one study which APICES has collaborated in the statistical analysis.
We would like to thank Elena Pita for the opportunity to participate on this study and also in the acknowledgements of the publication as well as congratulating them on the success of the project.
This means an extra motivation to all APICES team in order to give continuity to the implication we have in every project in which we collaborate. We hope to keep participating in conduct projects as until now and that our work continue improving the patients quality of life.
The publication discusses the results of a randomized, placebo-controlled trial which aims is to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of a multi-strain probiotic, VSL#3®, for the treatment of fibromyalgia-associated gastrointestinal manifestations.
